According to Immy himself, apparently Shugwar gets mistaken for a wolf or a relative of Joel's from time to time by the readers which isn't all that surprising; them both having many visual and some personality similarities. (Also, that they both grow "Tentacorns" out of the back of their heads; Joel when releasing his full dark power and Shugwar's Khaziael entity.)

Still, I've always thought awesome of both of them and that they'd make the perfect "Don't Fuck With Us" team.

To be fair, he is orange..

I've been asked why you never see any of Frist's relatives. To be frank, they're just not all that important to FJRA's story.. yet anyways, but I thought I'd go ahead and include his spoiled SPOILED adopted little sister, Aether (18). She's a good girl though. I'm spoiled too.

I've written a cast list (with some help), starting with Braeburn as Helter Skelter.
"Braeburn Skaeburn" was the best crossed name I could come up with. Kinda eh, but whatever. Can't win em all.

When I was compiling the list in my head, Big Mac came up as a different character initially, but after some thought, this was the best choice. Plus I freaking love Death Metal's sword, and who else would have the power to swing that thing around?



Oh, by the way, don't think for a second that just because I'm doing a little bit of Pony on the side that I'm gonna become an artist dedicated to it. It's just for fun.

FJRA's still my biggest concern, and as proof, here's a little bit of teaser as to more of what's to come.

I'll tell ya though, I went through the most difficult naming when this one came up. Flutter Shymers, Fluttershy Summers, Summershy, etc., though I think this one works best.

Is it egotistical of me to find Zenobia adorable in the first panel?

Anywho, experimenting with some slightly new lighting/shading and eyes, bear with me. I like how it's looking.

Also, apparently SAI doesn't like to color all the way inside the lines, hence the kinda grainy edges on some of them. May have to rely on PS for coloring again, because it makes it look so crappy.. I mean it looks fine on the tablet screen, but on the laptop screen, it's just baaaad.. weird.

As mentioned in the previous strip, I've been practicing with lighting and shading.

I haven't cell-shaded in forever, so an old friend helped me practice it once again.

And man, I have to admit, together they look amazing.
