Hello Jack,

I was just wondering if Pip was able to pick up a few things at the auction?

Or may Jack the Denizen?

I know that most spider and scorpion comics are in relation to some current event, tv show, or another comic, but what is page 48 "cucumber ninja" from?

It's a cucumber ninja. Does it need to be a reference?

another question, who is the caterpillar sometimes seen with the hamster. is it just a cartoon character, or does it relate to someone in real life like how you're the hamster

Now that Scarlet and her "sisters" have power suits, could we get a Contra style run and gun style game?

Nope. Gotta be Contra. Contra has Spread Gun.

Tumblr, blogger, twitter (I'm sure an individual like you have plenty of things to say)?
Do you livestream? You did a how to draw Ellie on youtube and I liked it. A lot of artists do livestream. Wondering if you did, too.

I've faffed around with Blogger and Twitter, but I kinda let them slide. I don't really have the time to keep up with them as much as I used to. DevArt journals are about all you're gonna get.

Livestream? Meh.....I'll stick with my current method, which is just some basic screen capture and then knitted together in movie maker.

When do we get a chance to see Kathleen's arch-rival, Hillary again? Question

I mean not to rush you or anything it is just that I found it very enjoyable to see these polar opposites in personality go at it in random situations. Maybe even in a more serious manner such as why this feud started and maybe see how they can resolve this war with each other in the far distant future.

P.S. The current situation with the sentient machines from space is the bomb by the way. It is like Metal Slug 2, in a way. Very Happy [b][i]

Yes, we will see Hilary again. I have a little arc in mind for her....and Pip.

Dreadstunlock wrote:Jollyjack needs to make more strips with his hamster in, particularly enjoyed the one with the webcam and Helga, Helga injecting Phillip with coke, and the one with Pip where Helga puts him between the boobs. Top notch!

I'm both delighted and angered that a cartoon hamster that I use to represent myself is so popular Very Happy

I wonder if that's where the lads from Top Gear got stuff for their most recent series?

zombiepancakes wrote:I know that most spider and scorpion comics are in relation to some current event, tv show, or another comic, but what is page 48 "cucumber ninja" from?

Spider and Scorpion only occasionally go topical. Their world is generally one of utter psychosis.....and ninjas brandishing cubumbers.

The Doctor wrote:Hey jack. Are you getting a stall at the London MCN Expo in October?

We were going to, but we failed to get our arses in gear and book the tables, so we missed it (they're full). Might be down there next May.....unless that's when the Olympics are on, in which case I'm staying as far awya from that wretched city as possible.

She's a depiction of a friend.

On second thoughts, the amount of work here intrigues me. I wasn't aware you did commission sequences. I guess that's something I'll never see though. It sounds gargantuan among other things

I don't usually get asked to do them because of the high cost I have to charge.
