Ok, to be honest someone else directed me to this article but after looking at the pictures I could help but think that this would be the perfect place for Jack and Oz to set up shop. Of course getting the tech for Oz would be the larger problem.

The big OZ cube could be placed under the larger antenna.
This is a fictional counterpart so put a research quansit hut there.

Thinking about it, didn't Jack come to England escaping that part of the world? And getting the gang to Russia in a plausible manner would be difficult.

However, there are apparently plenty of abandoned Tube Stations and "Cold War" Nuclear Bunkers and Subterranean Complexes in the UK.

If I remember correctly, Sequential Art is supposed to take place in "Anywhere, Any country" I'm not sure why everyone thinks that just because Mr. Jackson is from the UK his comic MUST take place there.

Sequential Art takes place in the UK. A simple look back at earlier strips confirms this when Kat references the British rail system during one of their Christmas shopping exploits (More precisely, the Christmas shopping exploit that results in Art doing the honking joke with a Lara Croft standee, and Scarlet being demanded as a present for a small child).

Where in the UK is another matter, I'd probably say somewhere nearer to London than anywhere else considering Art's job is in the art/media industry (Graphic design for a media company).
