I don’t get nearly as much hate as I did a couple of years back.

As a kid, I didn’t think you could choose to draw for a living (and there wasn’t an internet, just strips in newspapers with topical jokes I didn’t understand).

What I drew always reflected what games/cartoons I was currently obsessed with.
The characters I came up with were usually inspired by (or a complete rip off of) existing ones.
In the 80s it was Disney cartoons (Ducktails especially), in the 90s was probably Sonic the Hedgehog, and after that, anime in general.
My current style owes a lot to those early influences, but the more I drew, the more it developed into something (fairly) unique.

I can imagine seeing those big anti-piracy style promos like the ones at cinemas with the evil sounding music and edgy close up shots, only not anti-piracy but tailored towards how much cute you're not allowed to have on screen.

You ARE aware of the youtube video of a guy coloring one of the strips of your comic right? (speeded up because it would take multiple vids just to show it normal speed)

And also, are you going to introduce another character into the comic soon? I could request one and give you an idea for the next actual story potion of the comic (I see no story going on for the moment, just random events for a few strips then back to random)

he's probably getting set up for a big storyline.

Jack, I've noticed the old forum has come back to life. not sure how I can across it but I had a look and it's still active with posts having been made up until the 27th Dec last year.
