It's a pretty good translation from comic to 3D figure, though her face seemed more expressive to me in the drawing format.

I don't own a Cintiq, but since it's got an LCD screen it'll probably give off heat like one - which is quite a bit according to my 17" 1280x1024 BenQ screen...
