A technical question:

How do you get your art so nice and crisp?
I've tried all the settings and adjustments in Photoshop there are,
but still my linework isn't that clean as yours.

Some help would be highly appreciated.

Are any of your characters from SA or any field based off of people you know personally? Your own personality?

Try working at a high resolution.
300dpi is print quality.

I set my scanner to 300dpi Illustration.
and with some adjustments in Photoshop (Levels)

Sorry; I thought you were working digitally for some reason.
If you're inking by hand, you should work large and then reduce the image. You need pretty bulky kit to do that though. An A3 scanner at the least.

I work 100% digital these days (well, most of the time. I can't takemy Cintiq everywhere).

how much was the Cintiq that you got? what model would u recomend?
would u say that useing a Cintiq is easyer than drawing?

We're yet to see much change in personality with the squirrels. They still seem to act as a unit.
(And they're too innocent to get bad!)

how did you develop your style that you use for SA? what got you started? who were ur inspirations for Art, Pip, Kat, and most of all SCARLET? (woot)

The Spider may make a return.

Yes, I have a DS. I love it. It kills time when I have to travel by train.

The missing pics in the blog have probably been rotated off the website, meaning they WON'T return.

Also, what's you opinion on character cameos in other webcomics? Would you thrilled or not if one of your characters had a background appearance in another webcomic?
