Actual advertisements that they put work into, as opposed to the garbage being thrown around?

Well, most advertisements I see are those that are thrown in my face - thus commercials between movies in TV, before movie in cinema, spots & banners on webpages, people giving flyers near the metro entrances, billboards near the roads... everywhere. And I don't like that.
I do agree, there are some interesting, funny, entertaining adverts, like the current US Old Spice campaing, but still the main objective of a commercial is to be repeated so much, that you'll think about that advertised product when you're shopping.

I'd actually check that airsoft deal because of the single spam mail rather then having an advert of it in every single magazine, webpage, or tv station.

How the hell did the spam bots get on here? Next the forum will end up like IGN's message boards where every other real post is triple barrages of "Cheap gucci Bags. Good deals. Go see this now!" crappage!
