The Monkey's Paw...! Er... Button!

Okay, that's was a nice short story; funny and philosophical in equal amounts.

Anyone here know Kipling's story The Monkey's Paw? A cursed, mummified hand of a monkey can grant anyone three wishes but the wishes bring only grief as they are fulfilled. It seems to me that THE BUTTON is similar to this - grants wealth but only briefly and at the loss of someone you love. A real karma machine! I wonder how long it has been bouncing from user to user on eBuy?

Ugh. That's the comic book Guy from Simpsons.

Nevertheless - I pretty much sure he got something from an *imaginary* artist that works for a dumb company and draws smut for profit; penguin that reads a lot of junk; sexy cat-lady (...) that plays (at least, used to play) a lot of videogames and do some occasional photos; squirrel.

Fairly certain Art's the self insertion character.

Eh, I didn't find this story all that great. It was just so fast paced, every strip felt like a different genre by itself.
