Right. You asked for it.
Your basic shapes are ok, there's a bit of oddness around the anthro faces caused by the eyes. Like they are too big or in the wrong place. The human faces are worse. You need to focus on improving your eyes and human faces. Basic anatomy is relatively good, excepting the tendency for massive tits. A minor niggle is the dog boy things lower jaw. It's far too thin to support its own weight. It needs a bit of thickness and a bit less upper head. But it could be counted as stylistic choice.
Put a bit more work into sketches, don't be afraid to create redundant lines in pencil as you can either erase or ink over them. Which leads onto my next bit. Start inking. Forget about colouring. Work with a grey palette to get your shading and highlights. You can augment that later with a colour overlay layer.
But keep practicing, as you are on the right track, read some decent comics to get a feel for pacing as your little strip up there is a bit here and there. Draw on a larger scale then reduce down as well.
But you have the basics pretty much down, though I would advise you to start deviating away from anime influences.
