Also, lest I forget again, Ultra Magatron (no Alpha) really did exist, albeit as a character in an official manga rather than as a toy.  He's the one on the right, an upgraded version of Super Megatron, the one on the left.  He would then go on to merge with a mechanical eldritch abomination only to get blown up by Star Convoy (AKA Optimus Prime).
