What do you do, when a new idea pops up but script is finished and you've drawn few pages? Do you add that idea to the script and thus to the comic or consequently follow the version you've approved at start of drawing?

If you feel it needs to be in the story, or it improves the story, and you can add it without ruining everything you've this far done; there's no reason not to add it.

I feel like hugging a German.
Thanks to them, English interest in the world cup will wane and people here will shut up about it....

I knew the FA-team would make it easy for us but there was no need to get butchered.
Thank you England for the easy ticket to the Quaterfinals!

Rooney is an overpayed, overhyped hooligan, but not a decent football player. Look at our Özil, at our Müller! Thats what football looks like in the 21th century!

Exactly. Rooney should be working in a McDonalds, not on an athletic playing field.

I don't know how football is regulated in your country, but here shouldn't you not get paid when you don't perform (i.e; score a goal or contribute to it)? Instead people like Rooney get paid regardless and everyone else in the world gets fired when they don't do their job well.

what the heck were we American's thinking naming a completely different sport football! I don't even care at all for our pointless, testosterone powered game. All we do is crash into each other. its just one of those sports that requires no skill at all. But I like real football... and where did we come up with the name "soccer"? What does that have to do with the sport?

It wouldn't be so absurd if, in American Football, the ball wasn't carried for 90% of the game....

Very Happy

An email joke I recently got:
FOOTBALL AND THE BLONDE AT THE SUPER BOWL GAME

Of all the blonde jokes, this one has to be the best -- because it makes football make sense!

A guy took his blonde girlfriend to her first football game. They had great seats right behind their team's bench. After the game, he asked her how she liked it.

"Oh, I really liked it," she replied, "especially the tight pants and all the big muscles, but I just couldn't understand why they were killing each other over 25 cents."

Dumbfounded, her boyfriend asked, "What do you mean?"

"Well, they flipped a coin, one team got it and then for the rest of the game, all they kept screaming was... 'Get the quarterback! Get the quarterback!' I'm like...Helloooooo? It's only 25 cents!!!!"
And they call blondes stupid. Rolling Eyes

Me and my friends have a saying, Germany is a great football team, and Ghana is the Germany of Africa. Now that SA is out all of Africa is united behind Ghana.

Anyway, why do artists always seem to hate soccer? JJ, why? WHY!

One last remark on the football vs. "soccer" topic.
Here is what the legendary John Cleese has to say about it:

As most of my work is promoted through word-of-mouth, it wouldn't be nearly as well known as it is if it weren't for the readers Smile

Thats exactly what I do! We have a monthly meeting of comic artists and fans here in Frankfurt, a cozy meeting in a restaurant with beer and nice food and I always promote your stuff there, two months ago I showed the Great big Tome to everyone and got them really interested. This time I´ll show them Little Victory 1, maybe, just mabe I´ll get the two guys from the comicshops (from two of the three comicshops in the city) interested enough in ordering a few issues.
