How much do you want to bet the "water" in the fire sprinklers is spiked too...

Nice save with the batman idea, Art! But unfortunately, chances are the sprinklers having the same contaminated water in its system is high!

Some types are (I think most are, these days) others are fed by a tank on the roof of the building. Gravity supplies the pressure.

The "roof tank" solution would include the risk the water is "spiced" too, while the "basement pump" solution would need energy in case of a fire and a good water supply line which won't be harder to "spice" because of the amount of water pumped through the extinguish system.

Still a nice story arc; these dumbness cannons are quite funny. BTW, is their look (equal to the Oz camera's of that Quinten K.I: arc) intented?

Yes, but it depends on where the sprinkler gets its water from. Also, some sprinklers have whatever weird fire retardant chemical I think...

Something like that; I saw Pip holding a hose with a funnel attached. So my guess is they hold the funnel under the sprinkler, "trigger" the sprinkler and let them drink from the hose.

Still a funny picture, if you imagine it - similar to looking into a garden water hose and someone steps from it after blocking the water.
Or think of all those cartoons where the bad_character_01 gets pumped up by water through a hose ...
