This would make an awesome show!

I was just introduced to this comic 2 days ago, admittingly, I got hooked! I read all 600 comics now, and I only have one thing to say... Why isn't there a show like this? I really love the art, the characters, the stories, why not make this into an actual animated series? With there being no safehaven to go for your cute cat and squirrel girls, or even your daily dose of sarcastic penguin geeks in the flickering magic box that tells me what to do with my life, you would definately be able to monopolise MY attention at least! Anybody else with me on this one?

I agree it would be.....but they never turned Calvin and Hobbes into a TV show or a movie either but..still great idea!

If "Cyanide and Happyness" can make there own animated shorts, I can't see why Sequential Art couldn't. It is a good idea, but J.J. would need people to play as the character's voices, possibly a better art studio, some new tech for his computer, the works. I have no idea how he would do all that but I would love to see that idea come to life.

Don't forget animating software AND someone to help animate it. Or he could go down the Fred Perry path and do alllll the animating himself.
