Battle Bunnies Begins

I said at the start of the year that I wanted to launch a new webcomic using a script I've been sitting on for years.
Well, the year is marching on, so I thought it high time to get started!
Battle Bunnies: The Secret Name was originally going to be a 3 issue mini series, but with so many projects already on the go, I don't have time to do more than a page a week.
Poor for hardcopy comic production, but fine for webcomics!

I'll be uploading about 4 or 5 pages here on the forums before I actually "go live" with it and post them up on the Collected Curios site proper.

Only two things are worrying me - pacing and "Alexis" moments. On first depends will it be "yay, new strip!" or "oh-kay, 19 weeks to go before checkng out" approach. The second... Ugh... I know it's my fault for lurkng too much and there is a reason that "thing" is not in the public view, but damn. That was ugly and unpleasant. BB being a bit darker than SA might take that turn on it's way.

I think I've been playing too much Skyrim. I have an almost uncontrollable urge to reach out and steal that guy's coin purse...

On a more serious note, the art is done really well, especially the shading.

Okay, so we've got the Khan, the Rajlanders and the Westlanders. There are three empires, but I wonder if any other races will show up within those empires? Hmm...

Flying stuffs, armored things and bunny-elves. My money's on "This is gonna be aaaaaawesooooome!"

The Westlanders aren't a stand-in for elves. There aren't actually any "mythic" races (none that look lifted from Tolkien, anyway).
Westlanders are "European", Kahns are "Chinese" and Rajlanders are "Indian".

how about the mud people/ middle east(egypt)

A page a week (more or less).
Approx 128 pages.

I've just come out of lurking and joined the forum to say that I think this looks really beautiful and will definitely follow it. Reminds me a bit of Thieves and Kings.

Not keen on the title, though, "Battle Bunnies"? Sounds a bit kiddie.
