It's all coming together. I love it when a plan comes together.

This adventure is turning into a great girl moment.
Kat and Vanity have secrets that they can share with one another and lighten their emotional load. I can't imagine that when this is over Kat won't want to know how Vanity knows this stuff and who she's talking to, and Kat will finally have a friend, outside the house, that she could tell about the Denizens, the squirrel-girls, and the underground complex.

I can almost see Vanity casting a small spell to make Kat forget everything and it failing due to all the techno-alien-mystical energies Kat has already be exposed to. Smile

The question is would Vanity actually know any mind wiping spells? And then would spells even work on technology?

Where's a Pez gatling gun when you need one?

This reminds me of the Roman speech from the life of Brian.

"All right, but apart from the sanitation, medicine, education, wine, public order, irrigation, roads, the fresh water system and public health, what have the Romans ever done for us?"

Taught us the folly of using lead in infrastructure?

Just ask Nero.

A bit OT, maybe, but the lead piping didn't cause many poisoning. Due to high concentrations of calcium carbonate a plaque would form on the inside of pipes, insulating the lead. But the romans also used lead in cooking pans and as a food addative.

Screw that! Maybe a pez bazooka!

Seriously, I'm assuming that breaking the dagger's spell is more complex than just destroying it, given that Vanity wants the dagger intact. The only really viable tactic they have right now (assuming that Vanity doesn't have any mystic mojo) is to try to trip and tie him up.

It costs $400,000 to eat the contents of this gun...for 12 seconds.

Some people think they can outsmart me. I've yet to meet one that can outsmart candy.

Need not outsmart candy, you just eat it. Twisted Evil

As for outsmarting you, well, that's a different story. afro

Ok, ok, my mistake. Bad call. Embarassed

It's great that you have more writers integrity than that.
We can assume no mind-wipes or attempted mind-wipes.

I don't think anyone in Sequential Art has the power to wipe minds. But I'm sure Scarlet and her sisters can build something for that Smile
