It sort of helps, because of the thick lines it could be that it's making the hands not the way you want them to look.

Art activity time!
So I'm "drawing" again after a few months of being away from that stuff. I won't say it's an improvement but meh.
This pic's meant to be a "There is something really, really sad about takin pictures of yourself" (Jack started a meme), but try as I may I just don't have the ability to clean it up.

So I'm letting you guys demolish it. Terra's holding a sign down there. What does it really say?

Sadly, for some reason the file wont let me color it, says its a "Grayscale". (I don't know how to change it)
I would have really liked to color this with my Idea, but... oh well. I can still show my joke.
This is the first thing that came to my mind when I saw this drawing.
(Yeah, its not along the topic of "Taking Photos of yourself", but...)

I've been getting back into TF2 recently. Nice reference!

You can change from grayscale on photoshop by going to image>mode>something that isn't grayscale.

It'll ask you to flatten layers but you can say no.

Steps.

1. New layer.
2. Set the opacity of the line layer to 15%.
3. On the new layer previously created, draw it over the sketchy lines, make sure you use only 1 stroke. (You will have to mash CTRL + Z a lot.)
4. Duplicate and merge the clean lines layer.
5. Experiment by having some lines thicker and go over those areas with a bit bigger brush till your satisfactory.
6. Where you have gray-ish outlines, try adding some cel shading.
7. ?
8. Profit

Well, I use GIMP, and so I don't know how to change it. I went under image in there, and didn't see anything like that.

Doesn't matter which platform your're playing, you should be able to see and play with them. For example I can use the Mac version and still see people I play with who use the windows one.

Anyway I didn't say whether I was using a Mac or a Windows machine, I said I can use a Mac and still use Steam as it was intended.
