My guess is that guesses in the earlier thread were also correct. This is Silicone Bunny, the living embodiment of all the silicone in Hilary. It's also animated by Hilary's good side.

Call it a hunch, but I think that pityfull mishapen thing in the last panel is good Hilary.

If not good per se, at least possibly rational, being the reason and discretion that acts as a restraint for both her lustful aspect and her wrathful aspect, if only for the sake of keeping herself from going to prison.

The pure Cronenbergian horror of this twist is only equaled by Philip's Pip/Hillary crossbreed child.

Don´t worry, Hillary will end up as her own dreadfull self again. This is a comic, she is one of the main antagonists.  In the end the status quo will be restored. That is the one thing that is always certain. The ride back to status quo is the fun part.

If Silicone Bunny is indeed animated by Hilary's good side, then obviously, it means that her good side is artificial and didn't come in the original package.

Since this has always been a fun, light-hearted, and somewhat risque comic, I don't expect the half-thing (silicone Hillary?) to be in pain and suffering...I hope. I kinda hope that the Quads use their super science to nurture nice, apologetic Hillary to a full healthy individual, so that Hillary Prime over all becomes a better person when the Hillarys eventually fuse again. They really should do it anyway, I don´t think she could survive for long like that. Eugh... She looks squishy and moist...

I think they may have to fuse the Hillarys soon. Remember the episode of Star Trek TOS season 1 "The Enemy Within" where Captain Kirk is split into his good, but wussy indecisive half and his agressive, evil, rapey half due to an transporter accident. Both halfs had to be reunited because they would have died on their own. Oddly enough this happend again to Kirks actor William Shatner more than a decade later, when he perfomed Elton Johns "Rocket Man" at the 1978 "Science Fiction Film Award", when he inexplicably split into three individuals, "Thoughtfull Shatner", "Confused Shatner" and "Sexy Partytime Shatner"

In the end the three Shatners fused again, but you can never be too sure (Some say Sexytime Shatner is still somewhere out there, a thought horrifying to everybody).  
Now the question is if the Split Hillarys can live on their own for an extendet period of time or if they die if they don´t fuse again. If they are fine on their own, well, Evil Hillary could start a carreer in the Tory party (she does have that Maggie Thatcher kindliness), Bimbo Hillary can be Pips girlfriend and Good Hillary could actually become Kats new best friend.
