Well, given PMJ's Apsara portfolio, I'd say it's definitely a possibility.
We haven't seen any feline females either though.

We'll probably see some Kahn females wandering around Azkendaren at some point, but don't expect to see any Rajland women. They're forbidden from leaving sight of a particular range of mountains to the East. Yay religion.
