Just something I wanted to sketch up to show I'm not really dead...

Yeah I know it's quite rough...

I like rough.

And why a new thread again?

Dunno. The last one was getting convoluted? No idea.

Some new concepts for a new character

Yeah, concept arts are nice and all, but story is even nicer.

Well there are details I'm cooking up about this one:
- She is the head honcho of a clan of bandits and thieves known as the "Bone Spiders" (you can see a concept of their logo up there!)
- She hypocritically dislikes authority despite relishing in dispensing it. She is lenient about how her subordinates do their job as long as they follow her orders.
- She likes spiders. She likes using their venom on those who she dislikes (through a small dart, slipped into a drink and so on).
- She has a link with the pirate guy who I've drawn before (and he's on my Deviantart gallery somewhere for those who like detective work). Do they get on well? Who knows, that's something I havn't decided on yet.

Basically she's a nasty piece of work.

Cooking is fine, but we want our meal already!

Oh, you are persistent. You'll get main course and desert eventually. It's taking a while to cook though. Damned oven!

Done with brushes I don't usually use....
Concept for a male member of the lizard people I've grown fond of. I attempted to make him look like a blend of futuristic light armour and medieval, feudal attire. He's a possible concept for Naoko's late twin brother who died before she took control of the Bone Spider gang.

I really like that back tattoo. As a tattooist my only suggestions on it are to add some smaller "accent" lines or dots. Just something to even out the bulkiness of it. Otherwise I absolutely love it. If my back weren't taken up I might want something similar...
