I'm just thinking of a certain hamster giggling to himself as he considers how close to the knuckle he can go without adding an 'NSFW' tag to Sequential Art.

That aside, I still smell a rat. The ease with which lion-stud broke those chains suggests that he should have had no problem with that door whatsoever. Either he and the 'witch queen' are in this together (she 'tyrannises' a country and then he conveniently saves the day - they then share the cash) or I'm missing something.

The only innocent explanation that comes to his mind is that his magic is somehow intrinsically linked with summer and, until he was able to borrow summer from Scarlet's head, he was depowered.

Maybe I should have put in a little special effect?
Liam's powers stem from his huge pe....wand, which in turn get ITS power from "summer" (there are some underlying quantum effects here that don't really require exploration in this arc, but Scarlet picked up on them earlier).
No summer, no wand. No wand, no breaky-breaky on the chains.

Is he actually going to use that, Or are the enemies going to just look at the size of it and just give up?

The end of the 'wand' looks a little like the eraser end on an old-style pencil. I'm wondering if he intends to 'rub out' his foes!
