Raptors are not Psychic

Raptors have long arms and 4 claws. It's the T-rex that has short arms and two claws.

That's definitely not a T-Rex head structure. My guess is that it's a rare species of raptor, which, unlike most dromaeosaurid theropods, is willing to sit for long hours of psychological examination if you give it a lollipop. It also has short arms and two claws, but is very sensitive about comments thereof.

There is a certain Internet inevitability about a comment thread about a throw-away humourous sketch devolving into a discussion of paleontology.

Doesn't matter what the head looks like. Look at the body. Short arms, two claws, large legs. The short arms and two claws give it away. That's characteristic of a Tyrannosaurus.

Never mind the fact that, in this picture, a living non-bird dinosaur exists at the same time as a human.

Another thing, look at it's feet. There is no presence of a deadly claw.

These scientists have been trying to test a Tyrannosaurus. Which means there still could be a chance that raptors are psychic!
