It's an interesting dilemma: What do you say when you're threatened with death if you don't reveal information to which you don't have any access? The answer is that you fake it and hope that you can do a runner before anyone figures it out. You should come up with a more plausible lie than Pip could, obviously.

Considering real life password security, Pip could very well be right. Another alternative he could try might be "changethispassword".

Of course, Pip's not from Vault 111. Those are Is not 1s. The suit's from I.I.I. (Intelligence and Information Institute AKA Triple-I). Triple-I's concern is with dealing with instances of giant robots, preferably by incapacitating the friendly ones and letting the bad ones get away scot-free.
