I got a tablet

Its a Wacom Bamboo. I'm kinda looking for the exact name.

Its 200 by 185 by 10 MM large.
Active size is: 148 by 92.3 MM.

I'll get discouraged in the first couple of drawings though

I'm really looking forward to drawing with this thingy

Mmmm. That's sort of what I was thinking of getting.

Do tell me how it goes. And don't skimp on the details, art and all. I really need the advice.

I SUCK at drawing at the thing. So for now I'm sticking to the things I can whip out easilly till I feel confidend enough.

I've got a bamboo as well, if it's black with a red pen-holder thing then you have a pen&touch, or a pen only.

And my first few drawing were shit too, don't get discouraged. It takes a little while to get used to not looked where you're drawing, but once you get the hang of it it's pretty intuitive.

Have a look on the bamboo website for the bamboo dock, it't full of little apps to get you used to using your pen as well as games and stuff. It's downloadable and can be accessed by one of the hotkeys on the tablet.

Ok, now I want one even more.

WHAT IS IT CALLED?

Wacom Bamboo. Wacom makes more tablets. My little brother now has an Intuos. (He kindly promosed me his bamboo when he just got it ;D. Even though my mom probably talked to him about it cause he was all like: We'll see when we heard he would get a new one.)

And I'm allready used to watching the cursor on screen. Its just that it feels a lot differently. I'll get the softwere installed on my laptop too so I can draw more. (I got a new laptop ;D) And I've been on that for 2 days straight.
