She is an interestingly-shaped climbing frame with many synthetic components for them to 'improve'. So, yeah, what is there for them not to like? Either that or she fits their 'bad vibes/evil boss' stereotype that makes them want to be her minions!

When Hilary demanded Kat entertain her, she obviously forgot the old saying, "Be careful what you wish for. You might get it." Perhaps this will teach Hilary to not wander through doors to strange and out of the ordinary places. She'll still blame Kat for it, though.

Something to think about with Hilary's panic: unlike our main crew, she didn't see what became of these guys when Jack was defeated. Thus, she may still be remembering when they were the army Jack was leading to take over the world, and as such is REALLY afraid of what they're going to do.

There's a heck of a lot of them about. These ones may be the ones left behind to keep an eye on things at home base while the rest are busy on the house. They may also be manufacturing stuff for the house or doing relevant work related to it.
