It's hard dunking on the Tories when

A) Dankula immediately got on alt-right podcasts after he got charged with hate speech,

B) his defense failed since he claimed to have said "gas the Jews" over and over again to his dog (awesome "humor", that) as a joke for his GF who wasn't even subscribed to his channel, leading to the judge saying bollocks and

C) after he slapped on the wrist for what the courts have unequivocally identified as hate speech by paying 800 quid, he's now attending the so-called "Day of Freedom", a circlejerk of alt-reich starlets.

So yes, he was always a Nazi and that wasn't a joke, but anti-Semitic speech.

It's considered Alt-right as a buzzword by scared Libertarians that won't even venture there and it gets a bad rep because of the certain boards in it that fuck with people. He's not going to pay the £800 because the judge doesn't want to throw him in prison only because it'd cause a fucking riot over free speech. What he said isn't the big issue here, it's the allowance of having been allowed to say it. The Day of Freedom as you call it, I know nothing about this and all I can find is something about Tax Freedom Day, sounds alright to me.

On another note (one nobody's interested in, of course ;p ), the Puritans weren't anti-sex until something like the 19th century. Originally, they were very pro-sex. They'd do it on the kitchen table, they'd do it in ditches, they'd do it in private, they'd do it in front of the servants. They had a lot of shotgun weddings in those days.

The idea was that all good Puritan women would end up as Jesus' wives in Heaven. Their husbands were basically just borrowing them while they were alive, so the husbands had best keep them happy in the sack if the husbands knew what was good for them. One woman even got her husband successfully excommunicated (a serious terror in those days) because he wasn't very good in bed.

Much of our modern ideas of the Puritans are from American novels written in the 18th century which are more like "based on real events (more or less)" than actual historical accuracy.
