It seems that Pip learned his lesson about picking your fights carefully when he spent time as a level-1 serf in Land of Lorecraft.

Take on a couple of Supermutants armed only with your fists and a anaemic-looking dog? With a strength attribute that is definitely on the lower end of the scale? That's a morally-elevated way to die but it's still a guaranteed way to die.

I just like that the Super Mutants are bulls. Nice touch.

I can only hope that the equivilent of a Deathclaw is a sexy dragon of some sort.

I have a humming hive of ideas, how this arc may go. But i'll keep my postmodernism aside and just try to say "Sorry, Pip, looks like you minimaxed youself into wrong attributes".
