The other two squirrels are pretty far away, so the bio-computing capacity of the squirrels should be at 50% max...

i believe it is bio computing efficiency. They are all of equally high intelligence, it's just they have difficulty concentrating, so getting any form of answer can take a while. Yet, all of them together can come up with the same answer much more quickly. Like when Scarlet created a ray gun from Art's prop, she can do it but can't keep her mind on it for too long if something is there to ditract her, like shiny things or birdies
