Looks like the lard came in handy as a shock absorber. Score 1 for fat!

Also. HAHA! Squishy platypus. But still I wouldn't mind being squished against that though. Damn I'm still jealous of the small barbed duck billed mammal.

I wholeheartedly agree on the jealousy of you.

You could say Leonard is... tits up?
Does that make sense? I'll go look it up...

No, he's more. Tit bound. Tit's up means belly up. Aka dead or more to the point the plan or thing talked about is dead or dying. Like saying it's all gone pear shaped.

Leonard, oh Leonard. If you have to die from blunt-force trauma, I can think of no nicer wrapping to go in. Very Happy

Leonard deserved to get squished for stealing Art's chance of having a intimate moment with Kat. Booyah!!! Laughing

Even though it would be hot to get squished by her. Very Happy

I just hope they have something equivalent to SPF 10^6 in there or the squirrels are gonna have roasted cat, human and platypus for dinner... :/

Leonard never thought he'd die like this...but he always really hoped.

I sense some sarcasm in Kat's "yay."

At least Art didn't squish them in the process...

Talk about a triple stacker, with cheese!

Well Art could have been the bottom of the stack. For humor's sake it would have had to been the first panel. Followed by Kat thanking Art for catching her... then them looking for Leonard. and finally noticing a webbed foot sticking out of the indention in Art's stomach.

I recall someone wondering if the ejector mechanism would look like a giant pinball plunger...now maybe i'm crazy but that thing at the right of panels 1 and 3 Could be seen as a pinball plunger, right? Question

Newton's Second Law of Motion. It's a bitch if you catch the hard end of it, isn't it? Very Happy

I think that Leonard is now officially Platipus Roadkill.

Nobody noticed that G-forces were pulling the wrong way?
When accelerating forward they should be squished against the back of the bubble.

Perhaps initially as the bubble was moving forward. Once it suddenly stopped, however, inertia would have thrown them towards the front for a nice painful splat.

Oh. It got stuck. Didn't notice that bit.
I just thought they were all "Hey look it's Scarlet"
And she'd employ the use of sarcasm as in "Yay, we're still going to die you moron!"
Turns out it was a different sarcasm.
