He should keep it inside the house during the winter months. It's not like they don't have room, what with the secret underground lair they have. COME ON ART THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX

Reminds me of my car last snow day we had. I walked out and the door was frozen shut. I just shrugged and said I'd stay home. because if my car was frozen I could only imagine roads that have rarely seen snow and ice would be like.

Well if the quads modified it, Art would at least be able to get to work faster...

My TARDIS was fairly frozen over Tuesday. Nearly couldn't open the door. Thank goodness for the Sonic being able to melt ice.

I feel ya on that one... Fortunately where my Uni is we don't get THAT cold, but my hometown is high up in the mountains. I've had my door freeze shut more times than I can count *sweatdrop* Also need to turn the car on and wait a good ten minutes for the engine to warm up before I can go anywhere. Or I've gotta dig myself out XD... our neighbors (down the hill from us) think it's hilarious seeing a little 5'2 girl with a giant snow shovel. I say beware small people with snow shovels. Who knows what we might do Twisted Evil

Mmmm. Toasty warm snuggly morning robe and breakfast beverage, combined with delightfully believable bed-head. Careful Scarlet. You have a challenger in the cuteness arena.

(Note to self : Obtain new morning robe before the weather here breaks...)

I've had my car doors freeze shut on me quite often. When i first met my husband the passenger door handle on his car was broken because it had frozen shut and he nearly ripped the handle off trying to open it. And I think art might just need a bigger chisel, or the hairdryer from Spaceballs...

His bike must be a Honda. Those things are notoriously cold-blooded. Bullet-proof reliability, but definitely cold blooded.

HA! I knew I wasn't the only one who thinks her bedhead is incredibly adorable. Yay. Smile

Old-style diesel engines used to have to have fires lit underneath them on cold days to warm them up enough to start. I wonder... what's the freezing point for the petrol used in Art's scooter?

I think gasoline needs to get really cold before it is effected. Motor oil gets a bit thick though if I remember correctly. Yeah, deisel gels at cold temps though. On the door freezing conversation. I guess this just works with a car that doesn't look good to start with, but I just use the bottom of my foot to kick the door in varoius places untill it loosens.

I quite enjoy riding my motorcycle. I would suggest you get a cheep, low-end bike to begin with, both for cost and for ease of learning. Trust me, you do NOT want a 700+cc road warrior for your first bike. Other than that, do it. It's very rewarding and definitely easy on gas.
