Click on your profile, then towards the top of the page click "Avatar." That controls the qualities of your profile image

i tried and it didnt work 
i clicked choose image or whatever and chose the file and clicked save

I also have a picture scanned into my computer but I don't know how to post it. plz help. I want feedback on how I can improve my picture but I can't get that if people can't see it.
